.......as I am sure you are already aware, it is hard to find people / employees who are conscientious and 'on the ball' these days, and Vusi and Kantha certainly both are!!  I usually find that when people don';t own the business (when dealing with Creditors, etc.), they generally don't seem to care as nuch.  The qualities I find that are successful is running a good businee are good communication skills and a good attitude, which both Vusi and Kantha have.....
